Save 10 Years: Start & Scale your Accountancy Firm
Do you dream of a stream of happy clients whom you serve within a set number of hours, then take time off to be with your family or go traveling?
Are you looking to start your accounting business in 2024?
Are you aware there will be challenges along the way, and you wonder if there is a shortcut?
Well, then, this program might be for you...
Lenah Oduor (B Com, MBA, CPFA, AAIA) started her accountancy business in 2013 after leaving a well-paid job in the public sector to embark on a journey to self-employment.
The key motivation was to have a life that supported the needs of a young family. She wanted to spend more time looking after her three children and not miss out on important moments like school plays and family holidays. She was still training to be an accountant with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) after her Kenyan CPA qualification failed to be recognised in the UK.
As an immigrant, mum, and career woman, Lenah wanted to engage actively in business and earn an income from her skills and vocation, which presented many challenges.
Fast forward 10 years later, and she runs a thriving six-figure accountancy practice that employs four people and has served hundreds of happy customers.
Lenah now spends her time partly running her practice but also doing other things she loves, like supporting businesses as a Non-Executive Director, Serving on committees with her Accountancy body, and reviewing the Accounting Curriculum for a national education company. And yes, she loves traveling, too.
Yes, she has made every mistake in the book, and in this program, she will be sharing the tips, skills, and resources that have led to her success with accountants who are starting up in practice.
What started as a problematic beginning has become a success story of triumph and breakthrough.
About the program

She has created the Life-Centred Business School, where she coaches and trains budding accountants who want to save at least 10 years when starting and scaling their accountancy firm. She offered this support through her rapid implementation coaching program.

Program Structure
The Program will be delivered over 9 sessions, meeting every other week via Zoom.
After the meeting, you will receive a copy of the slides, the recording, and additional resources via your client portal.
You will be part of the Accountants Action Club - a community of accountants running their Life-Centred Business for added support and motivation.
This is not an online learning program where you take lots of notes and keep them safely in a drawer. This is a rapid implementation program where you will be expected to take ACTION on what you learn. Homework will be given after every session, and you will be expected to report your actions. We call this Accountability.
We recommend you set aside a minimum of 7 hours a week to work ON your business, not IN it.
To find out if this program is right for you, feel free to book a FREE Life-Centred Business Strategy session where we will look at your specific goals and map out a strategy to get there.
